You can find the necessary paperwork for being a vendor during the Deer Santa Festival Santa Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting event’s Holiday Market here:
Vendors can may be set up all day Dec. 1, but are required to be set up and open from 2:30 p.m.-6 p.m. All booth spaces include electricity and vendors MUST decorate with Christmas lights, trees, garlands, etc., for a festive feel. Remember that it will be dark before the event is over, so light will help your shoppers shop.
Vendor items for sale (food may be exempt) must be holiday themed or appropriate holiday gifts.
Booth spaces are $20 for a 20×20 space if paid for by the Sunday of Fall Pickin’ Days. Spaces are $25 after that date and reservation paperwork must be submitted by Nov. 22 to be included. Booth space assignments will be emailed out by Nov. 29. Previous space assignments will not apply due to a different booth layout for this event.
